SUP Polo is an awesome sport that combines standup paddle boarding, lacrosse, and water polo.
The result is a ridiculously fun and exhilarating game full of laughter, splashes, and sports center highlights.

Rules:
Teams are 3v3 or 4v4, alternates are allowed. Players must use provided SUP Polo paddles.
Inflatable boards only can be used. No hard boards, and no hardware that can easily injure someone.
The ball can only be played with the paddle, while standing on your paddle board.
The ball can only be advanced with the paddle, the ball cannot be held or kept on the board.
No intentional contact between players. Striking another paddle or player is prohibited. Minor board to board contact is allowed.
Game is played over two 10 minute halves, with a 5 minute halftime. Tie games will be decided by a shootout.
Fouls:
Play on the ball by anything other than a paddle from a person standing on their board will result in a throw-in at midfield by the other team.
Intentional contact with paddles, body parts, or excessive contact with the board will result in a throw-in at midfield by the other team.
Goal-tending, or intentionally blocking a shot with hands or feet, or from the water will result in a point for the shooting team.
Players who repeatedly ignore the rules or intentionally commit fouls will be ejected.
